Job Description Answer questions via phone, walk-ins & e-mail requests.  Help to keep the Skaneateles Chamber website up to date. Guide customers in trip planning (accommodations, attractions, meals, etc.). Maintain office brochure racks.  Keep the sales office clean and neat. Extensive knowledge of tourism assets in Skaneateles, Syracuse, Auburn, and Finger Lakes Region.   General office assistance including processing retail sales, filing, photocopying, mailings, and performing administrative support
