This charming and cozy 2 bedroom cottage, on the eastside of Skaneateles Lake, is just 30 feet from the water-no stairs to get to beach. Relax on either the open-air deck or the enclosed sunporch or sunbathe on the100 foot private beach . View the beautiful stretching skies with sunsets that can't be beat. Situated almost at the end of a dead end road, it is quiet from traffic.There are woods behind the house and a creek that runs along the side of the cottage. Sunsets are amazing.
The cottage is 15 minutes from the quaint village that has unique shops and a variety of restaurants.
There are 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and 1/2 bathroom. There is 1 queen bed with a deck off it. The 2nd bedroom has trundle beds which sleeps 2. There is a strict code that only 4 people can reside. No more than 4 cars can be parked. One well behaved dog is permitted (with an extra fee)
NO PARTIES, NO EVENTS, NO REUNIONS! They are strictly prohibited.
Respect for the neighbors is anticipated.
Currently, in May, dates available are 5/1/24-5/31/24. There is a 3 night minimum in May. Nightly rate is $350 per night. In July, the dates available are 7/8- 7/27/24. There is a 6 night minimum stay in July. The nightly rate is $625. Nothing available in August or Fall.
