Ryan Novak is a 2011 graduate of Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management with a degree in Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprises. Nationally ranked by ESPN coming out of Marcellus high school, Ryan played football for the Orange as a place kicker under Greg Robinson. He served on the Whitman Alumni Board and in 2012 was honored with a “40 Under Forty” Award as one of the area’s top young professionals. Ryan is a frequent guest speaker at Syracuse University and other organizations.
 
Ryan started with Chocolate Pizza Company as a dishwasher when he was 15 years old. At 21, he bought the small-town chocolate shop with a vision to make it a national brand. Since 2010, he has quadrupled the business and opened a brand new 10,000 square foot production and retail facility in his hometown of Marcellus, New York.
